[Rezolvat] – Domain exceeded max defers and failures per hour

Symptoms of the error:

Sending emails from your account fails
You receive a Non delivery report with the error similar to mentioned above
Major cause of the problem:
Your account has exceeded the allowed numbers of bounced messages per hour and as a result your email sending rights has been blocked
The blockage is temporary hence you can send again mails within an hour
The blockage is necessary to prevent your email account form getting permanently blocked by third party mailing servers and spam list

How can I fix this?

This error is derived from an hourly monitoring system, where any blocked domains are allowed to send email again at the top of every hour. For example, if you received this error at 2:45pm, the block will release at 3:00pm and the domain will be able to send emails out once more.

If you have root access then you can easily fix this from the mentioned steps below:

1. Login to your WHM root
2. Go to Server Configuration and open Tweak settings
3. In Tweak setting jump on to the Mail tab
4. Now set the Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages to unlimited or as you wish
5. Click on Save button
